räder's top priority is for you to have an amazing experience! Our desire is for you to love your räder designs and come back for more.
Returns and refunds of online purchases
We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you can send it back to us along with the form included with your shipment within 14 days. We will issue a refund of the original price (minus the shipping charges) via the same payment method originally used. Our mutual goal is to act with integrity and work together to make things right. Refund details:
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- Customer is responsible for packing returned items in a way to insure that neither the item nor packaging is damaged in transit.
- Gift cards cannot be returned.
- Return shipping is at your expense unless räder sent you the wrong item or the item is damaged.
- Original purchase shipping charge is not refunded.
- No return authorization number is needed but a completed return form is required.
- If you desire different items, place a new order online. Exchanges are not available through our returns department.
- Only items purchased from rader.us.com are eligible for return or refund. If you received a räder item from one of our retail partners, please contact them for their policies.
- In order to receive a refund, items must returned in re-sellable condition (undamaged, unused and in original packaging). Customer is responsible for packing returned items in a way to insure that neither the item nor packaging is damaged in transit.
